Calgary to Dallas or Philadelphia - $257-$286 CAD roundtrip including taxes

Delta has dropped the price of some of their fall flights from Calgary to Dallas and Philadelphia down to between $257 and $286 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

The flights have 1 stop each way in Minneapolis or Salt Lake City.

It's notable because American's *nonstop* flights to Dallas are priced at an astounding minimum of $888 CAD roundtrip throughout 2023 and 2024.

Even 1-stop flights typically bottom out in the $500s roundtrip on this route.

Back in February of 2020, right before the pandemic, United Airlines dropped the price of their 1-stop flights to Dallas down into the low $200s roundtrip. And that was the last time there were cheap prices on this route.

Calgary does not have nonstop flights to Philadelphia. Dates beyond October are currently priced at a minimum of $625-$706 roundtrip.

Update - After disappearing briefly, Calgary-Dallas is back for $280 CAD roundtrip. November and early December dates have also become available. Calgary-Philadelphia has not returned.

1. Start with one of the following Google Flights searches:

Google Flights: Calgary to Dallas, Texas

Google Flights: Calgary to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

- Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and explore for cheap date combinations.

- Adjust the trip length at the bottom.

- Look for the dates that are $263 to $286 roundtrip.

2. Go to FlightHub or Kayak

- Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
