How to find and book these flights
1. Start with a Google Flights search, like this ...

At this point, you can also click on the 'Airline' dropdown box to remove either Air Canada or WestJet from the results, if you want.
2. Click on the Departure Date box to open up the calendar view. Adjust your desired trip length in the bottom left corner.
Look for the flights that are $391 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
Select your dates.
3. Google Flights will send you directly to either Air Canada or WestJet for booking.
Note that the Air Canada flights are in Rouge class.
